Position: Data Analyst
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage event tracking to monitor app performance and user behavior.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to support data-driven decisions.
• Build automated dashboards and real-time reports for stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights for feature prioritization and product optimization.
• Apply predictive analytics to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis (app or digital analytics preferred).
• Strong skills in SQL and advanced Excel; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights.
• Experience with photo or video editing applications is an added advantage.
