Job Description / Responsibility
- Debt Collection:
- Make regular follow-ups via phone call, SMS or in physical visit as assigned to collect overdue payments/ total outstanding- Ensure recovery targets are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.- Submit daily and weekly collection reports to the supervisor.
- Negotiation and Settlement:
- Discuss payment plans or settlement offers with debtors within the policy limits.- Ensure all commitments and settlements are documented and approved.
- Customer Service:
- Address queries and concerns of customers regarding dues.- Maintain professional behavior while dealing with difficult clients.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to legal regulations and bank policies while collecting payments.- Ensure the confidentiality of customer data and payment information.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Loan Recovery, Extrovert, Motorbike Driving
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 year(s)
