Anwar Landmark Limited, a leading real estate company dedicated to delivering premium residential and commercial developments, is seeking a responsible and proactive individual to support the overall upkeep and operational efficiency of its building. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, while also supporting tenant relations and rent collection activities. This position is essential for maintaining a high standard of service, safety, and satisfaction for both residents and visitors.

  • Ensure the building, including common areas, is clean and presentable at all times.

  • Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, power outages, or water leaks.

  • Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards.

  • Address tenant complaints regarding building maintenance and escalate issues when needed.

  • Ensure common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and parking areas are accessible and in good condition.

  • Collect monthly rent, utility bills, and maintenance charges from tenants.

  • Maintain accurate records of payments received and pending dues.

  • Provide payment receipts to tenants and report outstanding dues to management.
