Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible
Hotel Operation Manager
to lead and manage the overall operations of our property. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in hotel & resort management. He will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving the hotel's operational and financial goals.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and guest services.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all departments to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and conduct regular training to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs and quality control measures.
  • Supervise room allocation, reservation flow and ensure occupancy targets are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards across the property.
  • Work closely with the accounts and procurement departments to manage budgets, cost control and inventory.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel regulations and local laws.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Skills Required: Problem solving and decision making, FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Organized and Disciplined

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort
