Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager of Sherpur and Head of Recovery at Padma Bank PLC, located in Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. As Head of Recovery, the role involves managing and strategizing the recovery of overdue loans and minimizing financial losses. This position requires the implementation of banking policies and procedures, while consistently striving to improve operational efficiency and customer service standards.
