Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the factory HR, admin and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectation.
• Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget.
• Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to Employee welfare.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirement.
• Assist Plant head and COO to prepare yearly manpower plan.
• Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
• Liaise with other functional/ departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements.
• Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances, and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
• Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale.
• Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KRA review process are maintained in the factory.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training and development activities for both management and non-management employees to cater to their learning and growth aspiration.
• Manage and implement proactive relationships with universities, organizations, training institutions and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain healthy relations with government and non-government and various local bodies for better functioning of the organization.
• Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self-development.
Education:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master's in Human Resource Management
• Certification in PGD HRM.
Additional Requirements:
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Administration, HR, Health/ Safety & Fire
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and revise procedures
• Extensive Knowledge about Labor Law 2006
• Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue
• Experience in handling different buyer and social audit
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Good knowledge about computer applications specially MS office package
• Able to identify problems and provide resolutions
• High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills including direct customer interaction
