Overview

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to help our AI-powered compliance platform deliver accurate, reliable, and user-friendly experiences. The role emphasizes **front-end expertise** within a modern microservice architecture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance front-end features in **React** with **Chakra UI**, creating responsive, accessible, and consistent interfaces.

  • Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive UIs.

  • Integrate REST/GraphQL/WebSocket APIs and help refine API contracts.

  • Implement robust state management (React Query/Redux Toolkit) and optimize performance with code-splitting, lazy loading, and caching.

  • Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and follow secure coding standards.

  • Contribute to back-end tasks as needed (Python APIs, PostgreSQL queries, CI/CD pipelines).

  • Document architecture and components for long-term maintainability.


Requirements

  • **4+ years** of full-stack development experience.

  • Strong skills in **JavaScript/TypeScript** and modern React (hooks, context, suspense).

  • Proven ability to build scalable, responsive UIs and optimize performance.

  • Experience with Chakra UI or similar libraries (MUI, Ant Design).

  • Solid grasp of CSS-in-JS or Sass/SCSS and responsive design.

  • Basic knowledge of Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and PostgreSQL.

  • Comfortable with Git/GitHub and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).

  • Bonus: exposure to OpenAI/LLM APIs or AI-powered features.


Salary

Starting at **BDT 80K**, negotiable based on experience.
