Job Type:

– Full-Time (On-site)

– Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

– Location: Jigatola, Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Probation Period:

– 4 Months

Salary Range:

– BDT 15,000 – 25,000/month

– Lunch and snacks provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

– Design visuals for digital platforms (social media, banners, ads, infographics)

– Create motion graphics and short animations (reels, video content, explainers)

– Design branding materials like logos, brochures, and product packaging

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams for visual content

– Adapt designs for various platforms and campaigns

– Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

Required Skills & Qualities:

– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

– Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools

– Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and layout

– Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability

– Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, or basic animation

– Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

– Able to accept feedback and iterate designs quickly

– Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

– At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design

– A portfolio demonstrating both static and motion graphic work

– Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
