Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, logos, and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the design team, working on typography, developing branding concepts, and ensuring all design projects meet the company's quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding
  • Strong Typography skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Experience in the digital services industry is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:
Designing engaging creatives for marketing campaigns and ads

Creating professional email templates for outreach and CRM

Designing logos, brand kits, business cards, and presentations

Working on t-shirt design, mockups, and print-ready files

Creating visually appealing website banners, social media graphics, infographics, and UI elements

Bringing marketing ideas to life through clean, impactful design

Collaborating with team members across departments

Requirements
:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work

Excellent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/Figma

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout

Experience with brand storytelling and marketing design

Ability to think creatively and work under deadline pressure

Proficiency in English communication

Marketing sense is a must
