Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT Infrastructures across enterprise environments (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Manage and support network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, WLC, AP, WAF, load balancers, and UCM.
  • Implement and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and switching technologies including VLAN, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, and vPC
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (IPSec, SSL, GRE) and remote access solutions to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Monitor network health and performance using tools like FortiAnalyzer, Cacti, and PRTG to proactively detect and resolve bottlenecks or outages.
  • Provide level 2/3 technical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable network solutions.
  • Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades (firmware, patches, OS).
  • Stay updated on evolving technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking, Zero Trust, and network automation.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant and industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, MTCRE, NSE 4 preferable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in a similar role, focusing on enterprise network management preferable.

Additional preferred skills:

  • In-depth understanding of enterprise networking concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of routing & switching protocols, firewall & security Infrastructure, and VPN technologies.
  • Proven ability in network monitoring & troubleshooting tools.
  • Expertise in SD-WAN & WAN connectivity and network device configuration & management.
