Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive (Footwear Company)

Office Location: Akran, Biruliya, Ashulia

Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Weekly 6 days)

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Depends on experience, performance review after 2 months with possible increment)

About the Role

A leading footwear company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to expand its market presence. This role involves mostly field work, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Visit markets, retailers, and distributors regularly to boost sales.
  • Promote the brand through field activities and campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with management to execute effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Previous sales/marketing experience (experience in footwear industry will be a strong plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with willingness to travel extensively for field work.
