We're looking for a dynamic
Social Media Manager + Content Writer
who can blend creativity with strategy. If you can write engaging captions, plan content calendars, and bring stories to life across digital platforms — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and monitor all official platforms — Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and community groups
  2. Write SEO-friendly captions, ad copies, blog posts, and video scripts (both short and long-form)
  3. Plan, organize, and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone and timing
  4. Generate creative ideas for Reels, campaigns, and storytelling posts aligned with brand tone
  5. Collaborate with the creative, video, and QC teams for shoot concepts, production updates, and visual storytelling
  6. Track content performance & engagement metrics, and recommend improvements based on analytics
  7. Update and coordinate website content and ongoing digital projects to ensure brand alignment
  8. Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitors to refine content direction
  9. Brainstorm and pitch new campaign ideas and marketing strategies with the creative team

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in social media management and content writing
  2. Strong understanding of social media trends, tone, and storytelling
  3. Excellent writing skills in
    English and Bangla
  4. Basic knowledge of
    SEO
    and analytics tools
  5. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary:
    30,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on experience & skills)
  • TA & phone allowances
  • Fully subsidized lunch, snacks, and unlimited coffee
  • 2 festival bonuses yearly
  • Office hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 6 working days per week
  • Roster leave system
    (team-managed off days)
