About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Content Writer for our marketing team who's eager to learn and grow in the world of SaaS content creation. You'll collaborate with our marketing and SEO teams to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured content, from blogs and social media posts to newsletters and guides.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are curious about technology, AI, digital marketing, and customer experience, and want to turn that curiosity into impactful writing.

What You'll Do

  • Write and edit blogs, social media posts, guides, and other marketing content.
  • Research SaaS, AI, customer experience, and other related topics to create original, informative articles.
  • Bringing innovative ideas and approaches to content writing and marketing.
  • Work with our SEO team to ensure all content follows SEO best practices and AI visibility.
  • Adapt the brand tone and messaging across different content formats.
  • Continuously improve your writing and research skills.
  • Stay updated with content and marketing trends in the SaaS, AI, and CX space.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong English writing and communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in Bangla writing is a plus.
  • Interest in technology, AI, or digital customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of how online content and SEO work (preferred but not required).
  • A creative and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • No Experience Required (Having previous writing experience is a plus)
