Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Uttara. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing specific sections of the kitchen, assisting in menu planning, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, and supervising junior associates. The role includes maintaining the kitchen's hygiene and safety standards, inventory management, and collaborating with the Executive Chef to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods
  • Experience in menu planning, portion control, and food waste management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are beneficial
  • Experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury hotel is advantageous
