Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Officer to join our team, focusing specifically on promoting and selling our SaaS (Software as a Service) products. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong sales background who are eager to work with innovative software solutions in a growing tech firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through continuous market visits and build a pipeline of potential clients for our SaaS products.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our SaaS offerings.
  • Close sales deals and ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales progress.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless service post-sale.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and competitor products.
  • Provide feedback to the team to help improve products and sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of market experience in selling SaaS products in Bangladesh
  • A decent university degree (any discipline; Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • Good understanding of the local software market and customer behavior.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with working in a target-driven environment and market visits
  • A self-starter who is motivated to achieve goals and grow with the company.
