Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Officer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, counseling prospective students, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting students in navigating international admissions requirements. The role includes liaising with educational institutions and providing exceptional customer service to support student applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and stakeholders.
  • Experience or knowledge in international admissions processes and education systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in customer service to provide a supportive and professional experience for students.
  • A background in education or experience working in the education sector is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
