Role Overview

The Intern will provide direct support to management personnels in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and execution of tasks. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, product sourcing, and executive support. The intern will play a key role in documenting meetings, following through on assigned tasks, and assisting with operational priorities under the management's guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow direction and task assignments from management with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare clear and structured meeting minutes.
  • Assist with sourcing products and suppliers according to the management's requirements and instructions.
  • Conduct basic research to support operational decisions and project execution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management in managing daily activities.
  • Help coordinate tasks across different teams or vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and business-related information.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take clear, structured, and concise meeting notes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets).
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under direction.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and eagerness to learn.

Tenor:

  • 6 months (may be absorbed as full-time employee upon satisfactory performance)

Work Hours:

  • Sun-Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM
