Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
- Coordinate the top management and technical manager for Technical Promotion & Awareness
 - Responsible for the implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and quality manual requirements.
 
Interrelationships:
- Communicate with relevant parties on different aspects.
 - Communicate with all relevant teams for the implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and the quality manual's requirements.
 
Responsibility & Authority:
- Coordination & implementation, maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality manual's requirement in testing lab.
 - Coordinate to do risk assessment of laboratory activities and proposed action to mitigate the identified risk.
 - Coordinate to track this improvement and where necessary adjust the plans when they are not obtaining the desired result.
 - To coordinate for implementation of management review Process.
 - Responsible to act independently and to raise issues to the appropriate level.
 - Continually look for, suggest, and implement improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.
 - Follow up Sample Retention procedure
 - Co-ordinate with Lab team for maintaining /upgrading lab related issues.
 - Any other duties assigned by top management/Technical Manager from time to time.
 - Attend weekly meeting with merchandising term and wash responsible to discuss about all risk factor to secure product.
 - To work and eliminate stop order due to physical failure.
 - After receiving Counter sample send to 3rd party Laboratory for test and receive test report from them.
 - To inform production team about physical test requirements and avoid physical test failure to secure the product.
 - To perform test impartially by following appropriate test method.
 - Maintaining high-quality Standards in testing according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements
 - Properly handle the machines and control lab temperature, moisture etc.
 - To maintain lab/company confidentiality as per applicable procedures.
