Join a global 24x7 CloudOps team supporting mission-critical healthcare platforms running across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
You'll handle P1/P2 incidents, automate infrastructure operations, and ensure zero downtime across dual-stack environments โ Linux/Apache/Tomcat and Windows/IIS.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
- 5+ years in L3 CloudOps / Infrastructure Operations (24x7 production)
- Proven hands-on experience with both GCP & Azure (not theoretical)
- Expert in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Strong with Apache/Tomcat & IIS troubleshooting
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Advanced Terraform & Ansible (multi-cloud IaC & configuration management)
- Skilled in Python and Shell/Bash scripting (automation, monitoring)
- Deep experience in P1/P2 incident response (MTTR/MTTA leadership)
- Familiar with ELK / Splunk / Prometheus / Grafana for observability
- Knowledge of networking, VPC/VNet, IAM, SSL/TLS, DNS
- Understanding of FinOps principles (rightsizing, cost optimization, tagging, and cloud spend governance)

- Manage end-to-end P1/P2 incidents โ detect โ contain โ resolve โ RCA
- Execute proactive system health checks, patching, and backup validation
- Write automation scripts to reduce manual toil and improve MTBF
- Maintain IaC consistency and infrastructure stability across GCP + Azure
- Collaborate in structured shift handovers (30-min overlap across regions)
- Continuously optimize cloud spend & improve automation coverage
