Job Summary:

  • Type:
     Hybrid (mandatory in-office on Thursdays; other days remote/office as preferred)
  • Work Hours:
     11 AM – 6 PM (7 hours/day)
  • Workdays:
     Sunday – Thursday (5 days)
  • Office Location:
     Adabor, Dhaka, 1207
  • Probation & Training Period:
     1 month (up to 30% of the discussed salary in the event of termination. Explained further in the next section of this form)
  • Pay Range:
    30k-60k BDT
  • Joining:
     October / November 2025

Experience:

  • 1–2 years
     of professional experience building web applications with React experience preferred).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must reside in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • Strong expertise in 

     (hooks, component design, performance patterns).
  • Proficiency with 

     — especially App Router, Server and Client Components, and modern Data Fetching APIs.
  • Strong experience with 
    Redux Toolkit
     for state management (required); familiarity with other state libraries like Zustand or React Query is a plus.
  • Strong CSS skills and experience with utility-first frameworks like 
    Tailwind CSS
     or component libraries.
  • Understanding of 
    basic backend concepts
     (REST/GraphQL APIs, routing, authentication flows, and database integration).
  • Ability to deploy and manage projects on 
    Vercel.
  • Owns a decent workstation with a high-speed internet connection for remote work (at least 40 Mbps).
  • A smart individual who can take advantage of the latest AI tools, eager to learn, adapt, and continuously grow with new techniques, frameworks, and technologies.

Preferences (but not mandatory):

  • Hands-on with 
    Supabase
     or 
    Firebase
     (auth, storage, real-time features).
  • Exposure to 
    React Native
     for cross-platform mobile apps.
  • Good English communication skills

You should not apply if:

  • Your contribution capacity is easily replaceable by an AI tool
  • You cannot solve day-to-day problems independently without constant supervision
  • You are unwilling to learn and adapt to new frameworks, methods, or technologies
  • You are not comfortable working collaboratively with a team

Hiring Process:

  • Step 1:
     Shortlisted applicants will take a time-bound programming test to evaluate their skill sets.
  • Step 2:
     Top candidates from the test will be invited to an online interview, where we will assess their understanding of React development, backend fundamentals, and team compatibility.
  • Step 3:
    Final hiring decisions will be made based on the combined results of the test and interview.
