Working Days/Hours: 5 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Salary: Negotiable + 2 festival bonuses

Role Description:

This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka is for a .NET Developer / Senior Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Key responsibilities include front-end and back-end web development, coding, testing, debugging programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The role also involves ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications and troubleshooting development and production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core APIs with Entity Framework.

Develop interactive front-end interfaces using Blazor (WASM & Server), HTML, and JavaScript.

Implement and optimize database operations using MS SQL.

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions in Accounting, POS, and Invoice Management Systems.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance following best practices.

Troubleshoot development and production issues to maintain application performance and reliability.

Qualifications / Requirements:

4–5 years of professional experience in .NET Core development.

Strong expertise in .NET Core API with Entity Framework.

Proficiency in MS SQL and relational database design.

Hands-on experience with Blazor (WASM & Server) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience in Accounting, POS, or Invoice Management Systems is an advantage.
