Job Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Power Specialist Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from initial design and load calculation to final commissioning and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Design, install, and supervise solar PV systems including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid systems.
  • Site Assessment:
    Conduct comprehensive site surveys, load calculations, and precise system sizing.
  • Documentation:
    Prepare technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed project documentation.
  • Project Oversight:
    Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and routine maintenance.
  • Technical Support:
    Troubleshoot system faults and implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Coordination:
    Act as a bridge between vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and local regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms,Architecture Firm,Interior Design,Escalator/Elevator/Lift,HVAC System,Power

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Experience
    : Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in solar power projects.
  • Technical Knowledge
    : Strong expertise in solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and electrical protection systems.
  • Software:
    Proficiency in AutoCAD and specialized solar design/simulation tools.
  • Travel
    : Must be willing to travel frequently to various project sites across the country.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong project management, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
