As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for creating compelling and well-researched content targeted towards specific audiences to enhance conversions. This is a day shift position with excellent compensation and benefits.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

Conduct thorough research and craft engaging blog content that resonates with our target audience, driving increased conversions.

Produce diverse content types, including scripts, emails, social media posts, and blogs on a regular basis.

Actively manage and promote our blog, while also collaborating with other team members to pitch articles.

Analyze content marketing metrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

Collaborate with various departments to generate innovative content ideas.

Communicate clearly and effectively.

Conduct keyword research and adhere to SEO guidelines to ensure content optimization.

Stay updated on the latest Google Content Algorithm updates.

Demonstrate keen attention to detail throughout the content creation process.

Have to work in a team and friendly environment.

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:

A minimum of A-Level/O Level or bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.

Exceptional writing skills, coupled with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

Strong ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.

At least two years of experience writing for a B2B audience.

Experience in creating website content is preferred.

๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐ž๐ง๐ž๐Ÿ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ:

Performance bonus of Tk. 0-500BDT from the first month, in addition to your basic salary.

Attendance Bonus of Tk. 2000BDT

Food allowance of Tk. 2500BDT

08 Annual Paid leaves after completing 6 months of employment.

Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses yearly.

Unlimited tea/coffee during office hours.

Snacks provided once per day during office hours.

Yearly recreational activities based on performance.


Total Salary Range: 20,000 BDT to 25,000 BDT
