Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor, located in Uttara. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students regarding educational opportunities in Australia, counseling students through the application process, evaluating student profiles, and assisting with visa applications. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest changes in admission criteria and visa policies, organizing informational sessions, and collaborating with educational institutions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Education Counseling, Student Evaluation, and Profile Assessment
  • Profound understanding of Australian educational systems and visa procedures
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using counseling and application management software
  • Experience in conducting informational sessions and collaborating with educational institutions
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an educational counseling role
