Requirements
:

  • B.Sc. in Architecture from a reputed university.
  • 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in architectural design.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D visualization software.
  • Basic understanding of building codes, standards, and approval procedures.
  • Knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Responsibilities
:

  • Assist senior architects in preparing conceptual, schematic, and working drawings.
  • Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and basic 3D models as required.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for drawing accuracy and revisions.
  • Prepare presentation materials and assist in client submissions.
  • Support preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
  • Participate in site visits and assist in resolving design-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
  • Support project coordination and deadline management.
