Your opportunity with us
We are currently looking for a Project Architect who has prior experience of working on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. The role is primarily responsible for overseeing site-related project activities, including design, development, coordination, and preparation of drawings.

• Assists the senior to execute the overall design and management strategy within the project team (Design and Project Management) and assists in maintaining the Project Quality Plan file (ISO 9002);
• Assists the project team in all coordination works, provides guidance and co-ordinates the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives;
• Maintains regular interfacing with external and internal members of multi-disciplinary project team;
• Maintains the overall project timeline by closely monitoring the team's output and making regular assessment of progress in meeting declared objectives;
• Coordinate Client/Consultants Meetings and Technical Coordination Meetings;
• Assists the Project Associate/Architect on Conceptual & Detail Design;
• Development Produce sketches/drawing illustrations in BIM or CAD Drafting;
• Understand & apply building regulations as well as compliance with planning;
• Understand, explain and make decisions for and with the aid of MEP and Structural Systems designers as well with regard to the project;
• Work with Architects or Technical Person on the Preparation & Submission of Plans and Information required by Authorities for Approval & TOP/CSC;
• Liaising with consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations;
• Visit site, manage site level coordination and resolve on-field execution issues;
• Assist site inspections on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations;
• Work as Architectural Co-ordinators in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of construction documents and drawings;
• Preparing drafts of material specifications and schedule of finishes;
• Coordinate with Project Management Team and take care of construction related issues;

Key Requirements

• B.Arch from recognized university;
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in the Architecture discipline;
• Associate member with the Council of Architecture preferred;
