Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with different teams to meet business objectives. The role includes monitoring inventory, managing staff schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless dining experience. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including workflow optimization and resource management
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including scheduling and staff training
- Experience in quality control, hygiene management, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze processes and implement performance improvement strategies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous
