Regional Manager (Molecular & Corporate Marketing)

Job Description / Responsibility

Terms of Reference (TOR)
:

The selected candidate will provide strategic leadership in the following areas:

Sales & Revenue Growth :

  • Set annual sales targets, prepare effective strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand both routine and corporate markets.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitors to update sales strategies.

Corporate Relationship & Contract Management
:

  • Establish and maintain long-term corporate deals with various organizations such as corporate firms, banks, and insurance companies.
  • Design customized health packages for corporate clients.

Team Management & Development :

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Arrange regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills.

Branding & Marketing Strategy :

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand value of the organization.
  • Increase awareness of Lab Science's services and quality through digital marketing and offline campaigns.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Business Development, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Brand Promotion, Pharmaceutical/ Medical Marketing, Hospital or Diagnostic Centre, Corporate Sales (B2B Business)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hospital,Diagnostic Centre,Clinic,Healthcare/Lifestyle product,Chamber

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants should be flexible and willing to travel outside Dhaka occasionally for marketing activities and client engagement.
