Role Overview

As a Relationship Executive, you will serve as a front-line representative, engaging with students and prospective students through calls. You'll play a vital role in generating leads, achieving sales targets, and supporting the counselling team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Communicate with students through inbound and outbound calls.


• Provide initial student consultation and guidance.


• Generate leads and meet monthly KPIs.


• Assist counselling team members with daily administrative and support tasks.


• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.


• Provide expert consultation about study destinations, courses, and admissions.


• Maintain and update lead databases accurately.


• Stay informed about education industry trends and competitor activities.


• Track and report call outcomes and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.


• Minimum 1 year experience in the student consultancy or higher education industry.


• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.


• Strong understanding of top study destinations and the education industry.


• Proven experience in sales and communication.


• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Result-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving targets.

Compensation & Benefits

Remuneration: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (based on skills and experience)
