Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Provide direct executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Review and summarize engineering reports, drawings, and project documents.
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional English correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Engineers, Project Teams, Consultants, and senior management.
  • Track follow-ups, decisions, and action points as instructed by the Managing Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all executive and technical information.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • [Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Islamic University of Technology ]students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an engineering, project, or executive support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong Organizational, Analytical & Coordination Skills.
  • Professional, Disciplined & Detail-Oriented.
  • High Level of Integrity & Confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
