Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • MBA/M. Com in Accounting from a recognized university.
  • FCA/FCMA

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an export-oriented spinning company in Bangladesh.
  • Developing and implementing the overall financial strategy in alignment with the company`s short- and long-term business goals.
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Preparing and supervising product costing, variance analysis, and profitability analysis across operations.
  • Managing cost control, credit control, and working capital optimization to strengthen financial performance.
  • Monitoring cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Leading treasury functions, including banking relationships, investments, debt management, and financial risk management.
  • Maintaining strong and continuous communication with commercial banks for financial assistance, including term loans, short-term facilities, sanctions, documentation, and disbursements.
  • Overseeing tax planning, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of annual audit reports, financial statements, and accounts.
  • Working closely with Top Management and the Board, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Utilizing and overseeing financial systems, including ERP and Tally software, to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Leading by example with a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized approach, fostering professionalism within the finance function.
