Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Corporate Sales)
Key Points
- Must be willing to work and travel extensively within
Chattogram, Rangamati, Bandarban, Khagrachari, and Cox`s Bazar
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage and grow corporate sales in
HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
and corporate accounts within the assigned territory. - Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Achieve assigned
sales targets, volume, and revenue objectives
. - Conduct regular
market visits
, client meetings, and product presentations to ensure effective coverage and visibility. - Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare and submit
regular sales reports
and updates as required by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- Skills Required: Corporate Sales, Frozen Food, Sales target, Customer Service, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), FMCG Sales MarketingSalesTeam Leading Team work.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Group of Companies,Ice Cream
Additional Requirements
Prior experience in corporate sales or HoReCa sales will be an added advantage.
