Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales)

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales professionals to join our real estate sales team. The role involves selling residential/commercial properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through phone calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, follow up with clients regularly, and keep updates in CRM.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property visits with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the inventory/acquisition team for updated property details.
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM or sales records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and assist clients through the booking process.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Teamwork, self driven, Communication and Negotiation Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Banks,Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Executive: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experienced (real estate preferred)
  • Sr. Executive: Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experienced
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, consistent,competent, and presentable personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge is a plus)
  • Working in a reputed real estate organization
