Personal Secretary

We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and confidential
Personal Secretary to the Chairman
with
at least 2 years of relevant experience
and working knowledge of
freight, shipping, and logistics operations
. The role involves providing high-level administrative support while assisting in freight-related coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
- Serve as a point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Basic to intermediate knowledge of
freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics procedures - Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
