Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Secretary to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves carrying out clerical work, supporting executive administrative tasks, maintaining records, and facilitating effective communication within and outside the organization. The Business Secretary will also handle customer service duties, assist with company secretarial responsibilities, and play a critical role in the coordination of activities and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in executive administrative assistance and company secretarial work
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the field of education consultancy or related areas is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
