About The Role
The System Analyst is responsible to analyze system requirements and develop efficient database solutions that support organizational operations, ensure data integrity, and improve system performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ICT-based monitoring and decision-support systems for real-time project tracking
• Design and implement a web-based GIS platform for data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Integrate data from field surveys, environmental and social compliance, and progress monitoring into the system.
• Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms
• Train project staff on system usage, data entry, and report generation

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring
• Has the demonstrated ability to consistently
• Develop and manage ICT and GIS systems for project monitoring.
• Integrate diverse data sources into unified platforms.
• Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery
• Train staff on system use and reporting
• Collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Solve technical issues to improve system performance
