What You'll Do

  • Create and lead
    unique design concepts for campaigns, marketing pieces, and branded materials.
  • Manage and produce
    design deliverables across web, print, social, and out-of-home channels.
  • Review and refine
    creative work to make sure it's on-brand, accurate, and aligned with overall strategy.
  • Develop and maintain
    brand standards, design templates, and production processes (the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything consistent).
  • Handle multiple projects
    at once — balancing tight timelines and shifting priorities while still delivering top-notch work.
  • Collaborate
    with internal teams and external partners, explaining design choices and how they tie into the big-picture strategy.
  • Provide in-house support
    , jumping in to solve creative challenges as they pop up.
  • Partner cross-functionally
    with marketing, content, and strategy teams to help steer the creative direction of larger projects.
