Field Sales Executive (Toys)

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary

ABC TOYS is looking for a
Field Sales Executive
to manage retail sales, develop new outlets, and grow order volumes for toys and baby items across assigned territories. The role is fully
field-based
and requires strong retail handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit toy shops, baby product stores and retail outlets regularly
  • Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support collections
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Identify and onboard new toy and baby item retailers
  • Ensure product availability and proper shelf stocking
  • Monitor competitor activity and market pricing
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales summaries

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Retail Management, Sales Reporting, Client Management, Order Management, Sales Target Achievement, General Trade, Collections, Field Sales, Business Competitor Analysis, Negotiation and Convincing Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG),Wholesale,Trading or Export/Import,Importer,Toy

Additional Requirements

  • Motorcycle with valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and handle assigned territory responsibly
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Dhaka and nearby areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic smartphone usage for calls, WhatsApp, and reporting
  • Good time management and route planning skills
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and targets
  • Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work during peak seasons and promotions
  • Physically fit for daily field work

Experience

  • 2–3 years
    of field sales experience
  • Previous experience selling toys and/or baby items will be preferred
