Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Field Sales representative based in Dhaka. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. The candidate will serve as the bridge between Locofast and prospective or existing clients to drive business growth.

  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
  • Experience in the textile industry or B2B sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
