is a new-age full-service marketing agency born in Chattogram with a vision to serve brands nationally and globally. We're building a team of thinkers, creators, and doers who don't just 'work' but grow together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual designs, social media creatives, brand identities, and campaigns.

• Develop motion graphics and short videos for digital platforms.

• Create print materials (flyers, brochures, posters, packaging, outdoor ads).

• Design web content (banners, landing page graphics, UI assets).

• Use modern design software and AI-assisted creative tools where needed.

• Maintain brand consistency and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. (Premiere Pro is a plus)

• Experience in motion graphics. (Video editing optional)

• Familiarity with AI tools for design and creative workflows.

• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and storytelling.

• Ability to adapt designs across social, print, and web formats.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design/Multimedia/Visual Arts is preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).

• 1-3 years of professional experience in design/creative/agency work preferred.

• Freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

• Honest, accountable, and open to feedback.

• Growth mindset with curiosity to learn new tools and trends.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 15,000-30,000 depending on skills/experience

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch & prayer break)

• Working Days: Sunday-Thursday (Friday, Saturday off)

• Leave & Holidays: As per policy

• Probation Period: 3 months
