Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a Executive - Information Technology for Managing IT Related work Reporting to Regional IT Manager.

  • Provide
    end-to-end infrastructure and application support
    for the region.
  • Perform
    support analysis
    and deliver
    optimal, timely solutions
    to technical issues.
  • Ensure
    maximum uptime and reliability
    of regional IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and support the
    delivery of software solutions
    aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute
    IT and business-related projects
    effectively.
  • Handle
    vendor management
    , including coordination, performance monitoring, and compliance.
  • Prepare, manage, and track
    IT and project budgets
    .
  • Ensure
    IT governance and enforcement of policies
    , standards, and security controls.
  • Support
    corporate IT functions
    , including audits, quality assurance, and documentation.
  • Manage
    internal IT reporting
    and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a key contact for
    internal client management
    , ensuring high-quality IT support.
  • Coordinate
    IT procurement
    with the central IT team and oversee implementation.
  • Adhere to
    organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
    .

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Skills Required: IT Support Service, IT Security

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
