Now, we're looking for a
Social Media Manager
who can tell our story, shape our online voice, and connect with our audience through engaging and consistent content.


Location:
Shyamoli, Dhaka (On-site only)


Office Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)


Salary Range:
25K – 35K BDT/month


Growth:
Two salary increments per year


Experience:
Minimum 2 years in social media marketing or a related role

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to create engaging visual and written content.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
  • Track performance and engagement to improve reach and consistency.
  • Write blogs and optimize content for SEO.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with
    Facebook Ads
    ,
    Google Analytics
    , and
    basic SEO
    tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who lives and breathes social media — creative, data-aware, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and leadership teams.
  • A portfolio or past work that shows you've managed brand social presence successfully.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with

who can take ownership and bring strategic ideas to the table.
