Job Description / Responsibility

1.Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.

2.Proper knowledge on building BOQ estimate.

3.Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.

4.Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.

5.Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.

6.Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.

7.Quality checking of construction materials.

8.Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.

9.Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, man & materials) of construction site.

10.Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.

11.Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.

Educational Requirements:

1.B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed Public University/Institution only.
