Job Description / Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Independently manage and deliver
    3–4 projects
    from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution within approved budgets.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project work schedules, method statements, and daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Monitor and control project costs, material consumption, and manpower utilization to prevent budget overruns.
  • Ensure full compliance with approved designs, technical standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
  • Review, verify, and certify contractor bills, BOQs, variation orders, and work completion certificates.
  • Maintain proper project documentation, manage snag-list closure, and support smooth project handover and final completion.
  • Utilize
    ERP software
    for project tracking, cost control, procurement coordination, and management reporting.
  • Apply strong technical expertise in civil/MEP construction,
    CAD (AutoCAD)
    drawing review, and project planning, scheduling, and cost management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Skills Required: AutoCAD, ERP Software, Quality Assurance, BOQ Preparation, MEP, Project Budgeting, HSE audit

  • 8 to 13 year(s)
