Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company's digital marketing strategy, driving high-quality lead generation, brand positioning, and digital performance to support sales growth across real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for all real estate projects
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Own lead generation strategy, CPL optimization, and ROI improvement
  • Align digital campaigns with sales objectives and ensure effective lead funnel management

Team, Content & Brand Management

  • Lead and guide the digital marketing team and external agencies
  • Approve and oversee content calendars, creatives, videos, reels, brochures, and landing pages
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels

Website & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee company website, project microsites, and landing pages for performance, UX, and conversion
  • Monitor user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion paths using analytics tools
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and data-driven insights

Analytics, Reporting & Budget Control

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance including CPL, ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-wise performance dashboards for management
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in real estate, property, or high-ticket lead generation marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, social media marketing, and marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
