Assistant Manager - Marketing (Benzol Lubricants)

Key Points

As Assistant Manager, you will drive revenue, expand market presence, and lead sales teams for Benzol Lubricants. Key tasks include strategy development, channel management, and hitting targets. Requires leadership and Lubricant/Auto/FMCG experience.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends for assigned Portfolio
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning for assigned Portfolio.
  • Develop new products and existing products with setting USP and by coordinating with QC, R&D and production team.
  • Plan ATL, BTL, Events, Customer Engagement Campaigns & Digital campaigns and execute through event and Digital Team.
  • Develop promotional strategies for distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure effective distribution and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profit margins.
  • Develop Trade program/Loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve brand perception.
  • Monitor KPIs (market share, brand awareness, sales growth) and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of brand plans.
  • Develop Marketing plan with budget and control the budget

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Market Research, Brand Activation, communication and interpersonal skill., Data analysis and presentation, Promotion and Branding, Google Suite, Analytical Skill, Smart presentation Skill, confident and dynamic personality

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
