Senior Manager/Manager, Marketing & Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage Essence Marketing team, ensuring daily task delegation and flow of deliverables.
  • Identify areas for team improvement and provide capacity-building opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Essence`s visibility and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Ensure Essence`s social media channels and website are regularly updated with relevant content.
  • Leverage Essence`s online presence to enhance engagement and visibility in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication strategies for upcoming events and campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, including creating Gantt charts, and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development & Sales Leaders to create marketing & branding materials targeted at potential audiences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design communication principles to ensure effective visual storytelling.
  • Analyze social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital content creation, including graphic design, animation, video production, and social media marketing.
  • Proactively use online tools, such as SEO, to optimize digital content for better reach and engagement.
  • Continuously learn and embody Essence`s mission, vision, and communication philosophy, integrating these elements into content development.

Job Location:
Corporate Office, Dhaka

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master`s Degree in any subject from any public university or reputed private university.
  • Applicants with MBA will get preference but not a must.

Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Gas,LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

  • Leadership and team building
  • Good business acumen
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Willing to take initiatives
  • Frequent visit to customers inside and outside of Dhaka.
  • Minimum 7-10 Years' of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
  • Candidates with experiences in marketing industrial products will get preference.
