Student Counsellor - Student Visa File Processing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Counsel students on international admissions, programs, scholarships, and study destinations.
  • Process student visa files, including doc review, SOP preparation, and application submission.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offer letters, and visa status updates.
  • Coordinate with students, universities, and education partners for application follow-ups and support.
  • Design promotional posters and create short marketing videos for social media platforms to engage and attract students.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Student Counseling, Student Visa Processing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), SOP writing, Telemarketing, Time Management and Organization

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of international universities, study programs, and admission requirements.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and manage SOPs, visa documents, and communicate with overseas institutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application portals; basic digital marketing skills will be an advantage.
