About The Job:

Be the friendly face of Velto. You'll welcome customers, log and track orders, and coordinate smooth handoffs between riders and the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk:
     Greet customers, receive/deliver garments, ensure tickets are correct.
  • Orders & Tracking:
     Record and update orders in 
    Excel/Google Sheets
     with zero errors.
  • Ops Coordination:
     
    Coordinate
     rider dispatch and facility workflow for on-time delivery.
  • Customer Care:
     Handle queries via 
    phone, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website
    .
  • Issue Resolution:
     Solve small problems fast; escalate when needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic 
    Excel/Google Sheets
     skills (filters, sorting, simple formulas).
  • Strong organization and multitasking; cool under pressure.
  • Prior customer service/operations experience is a plus.
  • Punctual, responsible, service-first attitude.
