As a
Strategic Planner

at
Trends Bird Limited

, you will be the bridge between data, creativity & business objectives. Your role is to uncover insights, define campaign directions & inspire ideas that drive meaningful results. You will work closely with clients, creative teams & media specialists to ensure every campaign is backed by strategy, relevance & measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Research market landscapes, cultural trends & audience behaviors to develop actionable insights.
  • Craft compelling & clear creative briefs that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, media & client teams to shape campaign strategies.
  • Present ideas & strategies with clarity & confidence to both internal teams & clients.
  • Identify challenges & recommend effective solutions to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Continuously review & refine strategies based on client feedback & performance data.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum
    2–3 years' experience

in strategy, planning, or a related role (preferably within creative, media, or digital agencies).
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to align ideas with business goals.
- Solid understanding of advertising, branding & digital media.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- Analytical mindset combined with creativity & curiosity.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects & adapt quickly.
- A collaborative attitude with professionalism & integrity.
